How does the LCP work?
You complete a self-assessment and collect feedback from peers, colleagues, and direct reports. The feedback is then compared to your own views to uncover blind spots and highlight areas for growth.
How long does the LCP process take?
The LCP process typically takes around 3 weeks. This includes time for completing the self-assessment, gathering feedback from colleagues, and scheduling the debrief session. The debrief itself usually lasts about 90 minutes, allowing us to dive deep into the results and create an actionable development plan.
